LiefLayer: pokemon tcg online for example don't sell cards or packs in-game.
Also there are some old single player (with local multi-player) card games that you can buy one time with no stupid pay2win.
for me every game that use microtransactions is shit
That's a very narrow minded view. Sure, most games with microtransactions usually are shit, but that doesn't mean any game that includes them immediately becomes shit.
Buying the kegs in Gwent becomes pretty pointless quite quickly. These days if I get a keg I'm lucky to get one card I don't have the maximum of, so the rest go for scrap which usually amounts to 20 scrap. I can get that from winning one game or losing two.
If I spent £60 on cards it wouldn't increase my chances of winning games at all.

Also, I don't think your Pokémon example is entirely accurate, they may not sell boosters in game but as I understand it you get codes with packs of the real cards to redeem in game, which pretty much amounts to the same thing.
