Personally, I hope they modified the "enemy detection" system as in JC2, it was annoying to raise an alert just when you want to walk around randomly. It was kind of playing GTA with a 1-star police always on :( Got to use a cheat to correct that...

Ahh Just Cause 2 was so bad, you could not disable the auto aim and the negative mouse acceleration.
Does Juse Cause 3 have the same problems?

It's downloading right now. I loved JC2, and I couldn't resist this one...particularly with a 30% off coupon at GreenMan that was waiting to be spent. :)

Getting it on disc for my console (this way I feel like I actually own something, as opposed to a Steam game).
I've played and enjoyed all the previous Just Cause games.
Plus I'm always happy to replay these types of games, the combination of driving and action is timeless fun for me.
My Triple-a Game of the Year so far has been Mad Max, but Just Cause 3 might take the lead.

Edit: 4 days later, decided to skip on JC3...realized I could just replay JC2 and get pretty much the same experience.
Plus the console version looks to be really struggling and I refuse to use Steam. So no JC3 for me. My money is better spent on the GOG sale.

I've been watching videos, but I have a few questions that I can't find answers for.

1. can you completely turn off the hud including the location text in the upper left corner? (and also can you turn off everything except mission essential things like floating markers above destinations / targets so you can still play missions without the hud?)

2. Is there a developer / screw around option where you can enable god mode with all abilities maxed out?

3. Is there a first person option? The flying BEGS for a first person mode.

4. I heard you have infinite c4 charges. Is it possible to get infinite grenades too? I never had enough grenades in JC2.

5. Can you customize driving controls? Specifically, I want to use a controller's left thumb stick to accelerate / brake.

6. Can you skip cutscenes? (Max Payne 3 still haunts me).
