Learned something new then. I normally don't watch highlights myself. :P
Saw a big chunck of the RotT 2013 game. Seemed pretty intense and fun!
Great stream guys!
Only part I watched was the team question battle part last night. I thought that was pretty fun. I'd like it if that came back and I'd also like it if non Stream Team members (as in people that have been on the site for a certain length or have a certain rep could challenge them. As obviously there would have to be guidelines in place.
I watched several matchs but my favourite part was Screencheat, very funny. The framerate on Rise Of The Triad was very choppy for some reason O_o (I thought it's the Switch version).

We had to improvise whom streamed it. due to the games unstable multiplayer haha. came out ok in the end. But I seen the frame drop issues.

Yeah, What Streaming software do you use?

I only ask because it could be the software dropping frames.

It was the software, just the game. The Rise of the Triad remake is somewhat notorious for how badly optimized it is. Even if it doesn't run like complete crap for a given person, the odds are still heavily in favor of it having some kind of issue.

Are you talking about the 2013 remake?

Yes, it's the one they played.

Great that it runs fine for you. Like I said, it's notorious for how bad it gets, as highlighted by its memelord director:

tfishell: I'll be honest, watching Twitch doesn't interest me personally, I'd rather watch highlights on YouTube or something. That said, maybe some sort of deals could be made where you show off "big-deal" releases some time before they release on GOG. Maybe there are reasons why GOG doesn't announce big-deal releases ahead of time - especially those high up on the wishlist or such as the recent Bethesda or Square Enix releases or Metro Exodus - (like Valve will proactively encourage devs or pubs to put them on sale on Steam or something? seems unlikely but I dunno), but if everything is signed and sealed and fixed up on a technical level, maybe like the day before the release, or just a few hours or an hour before, there could be a short reveal stream. Let people know ahead of time (like the day before the stream?) when to tune in; just, imo, try to only hype when appropriate (I assume you've been around long enough to know how to handle this ;), such as using the wishlist to gauge interest.
It's not a big release but we heard you and others in this thread and there will be a Sneak Preview Stream of an upcoming-but-not-yet-announced-on-GOG game today at 7pm CEST/1pm EDT/10am PDT.
Let's see how people like that. It's kind of a test balloon. :)
I have to admit, I only became interested in Twitch because of the GOG channel (my browser bookmark points there)... and through that I found more streamers I liked (Kilg0re, Sinitar, hatnix...). I still prefer playing games over watching other people play, but sometimes in the night, letting the day fade away it's a nice and relaxing pastime.
