tinyE: Last time that poor guy ever lets a typo go unnoticed. :P

Hold on, maybe it wasn't a typo.

jiangshanruhua: Sorry My English is poor...
Don't sweat it. :D

My hat goes off to anyone who tries to learn English; it's tough.

No offense was intended on my part and I apologize if it came off that way.

I think it's fairly easy, actually. Now, mastering it on the other hand, that's tough as fuck...

Randalator: What is this? Some kind of ture-ing test?

jiangshanruhua: An Internet Friend tell me those games will launch GOG in 2016... I don't know it true or false. So I post it to ask you.
Don't you guys think you're being a little rough on someone who's native language is probably Mandarin and not English?...

To the original poster, this is a relevant link to the quoted post to which you responded ("ture-ing test" not the list of games).

Meanwhile in here Finland I think everyone especially a bit younger generation of people speak english better than sverige, which is supposedly our other language.. I can't speak that at all.

CARRiON.FLOWERS: Where did you get this? Link the source? Looks like bullshit, wish it wasn't though.

Edit: Who is this internet friend of yours? What does he do? How did he get this info? Besides pulling it out of his ass?
He said GOG will grant some people(they spent the most money) privilege to visit GOG's Develop Forum.
he get this news from a third-party Forum but he is unwilling to tell me

Moment hass passed. =)

Edit: Infact there was that one time when someone said I speak bad english and it got bad that thread. It even got taken down. I think gog is global enough that not every typo needs to be looked at so much.. Even I did that being the first one in the thread. I'm sorry about that. I meant no harm original poster.

a) And did you really assume someone here at General Discussion will know better and have definite answers?

b) Assuming this is true, was your friend allowed to reveal this information? While I'm as excited as the next guy about future GOG releases, I'm sure if GOG wanted this to be public they would have made it public. Legal reasons aside, common courtesy dictates that if he was privy to information that was not meant to be disclosed to others, he shouldn't have disclosed it to others.
Hmm, the (in)famous flood or false hype? Bookmarking this thread for future reference.

I'd say this list is sketchy at best then. He's willing to give you this list of highly suspect games, yet he's unwilling to tell you where he got it? I'm not buying it.

Edit: http://www.fark.com/comments/9075817/More-welcome-than-bottle-of-whiskey-in-your-desk-its-Friday-Fark-Gaming-Thread-What-have-you-been-playing-this-week-Are-there-games-coming-out-that-youre-looking-forward-to-This-week-subby-his-wife-have-been-playing-Diablo-III-coop

This is the only other mention I could find. "Apparently if you buy enough stuff at GOG you get access to a special forum and get news of upcoming games etc Someone leaked the list"

Is your friend an oracle with future sight ability? Or Nostradamus of gaming community? :D

I like his/her list. Invite your friend to GOG.

Your internet "friend" is you. GOG has never made any public announcement that if a member spends above a certain threshold of money that it will allow them access to the "Developer's Forum". If your internet "friend" is trying to use this information to convince you to help him in some way (especially if he's requesting some type of financial or other [url=https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/remuneration]remuneration), if I was you I would be very wary of anything this internet "friend" might happen to say. There's a saying, "forewarned is forewarned".
EDIT: typos

It may be just me but I don't see that list impossible at all like i originally edited my first horrible reply. Perhaps just those dates but the list seems solid. =)

Weirdly enough, a lot of those games (those which aren't actually here already or confirmed to be coming) are somewhat plausible. WarCraft, though, tests my credulity, and as for Skyrim...well, I'll believe it several minutes (possibly even hours) AFTER I see it.
Which is not to say I think anything about his friend's info is legit....

There's not even a mention of Oblivion, which also makes it pretty suspicious.

But we'll know soon enough. If within two months, we haven't received Lemmings, Shadow of the Beast or Warlords 1+2, the list goes to the Recycle Bin. :P
