Surely the better question is, "What is the point of QuakeCon?"

No id Software.

No John Romero.

Last Quake was 2005 ... 20 years ago.

What are you selling? I guess for Doom and Doom II - 30 year old games. 30 years is one of the milestones in copyright law right?

I loved Quake but haven't played it in 25 years.

It is a dead series.
