Please, do not shed bile on certain newspapers, although I do agree some of them are way to reliant on clickbait. Simply say "I recommend I don't recommend"

I'm looking for some journal/magazine type of paper that share all the important info about gaming news, varied reviews required to have, and some commentary. I would prefer if I'm not bombarded with tons of ads or popups.

I'm currently following Niche Gamer (way toxic, but it's what I'm in general look for) and gematsu. Thank you in advance for your time.
I don't really read those, but sometimes I watch some Youtube channels on my second monitor. Some are mainly lists but have some news every now and then.

I don't really bother. I typically just go to r/games and rift though the submissions.

They're perfect for running background on the second monitor while you do other stuff.

Also, half of gameranx material, and most of Playstation Access and Outside Xbox material is lists.

also me... I tried to following gameranx a while back, but honestly, unless I'm specifically looking for some brand new strategy list, I stay way from it.
I use RSS feed of top posts on r/games. Not a fan of reddit either but that way you don't even need to go to a site or see comments and for news coverage they're good and usually faster than typical websites.

And r/KotakuInAction as supplement.

I like checking the posts from Saved You A Click Video Games on Twitter. It's a page for summarizing gaming news, specially the ones full of fluff and the clicbaity ones.

CordeliaMelody: ...
If you were from Poland, I'd suggest you our local gaming magazine called CD-Action. Printed magazines are not that good when it comes to news, but CDA shines when it comes to searching and reviewing indie games. It's my main source of information about smaller titles (apart from GOG). Of course there are also reviews of big games there.

As for the international sites, I'm using PC Gamer for mainstream news and Rock Paper Shotgun for content that isn't always covered by bigger portals. Not using any niche sites unfortunately. :)

I mean...You could try Fark then? I don't exactly get why to hate, but I also don't make a habit of going to /main or /all if I can help it.
