No there is not. GOG and steam are completely different entities. GoG Connect is a bit different, it only allows you to redeem certain games (dev./publisher willing) so you get a gog version as well its only active for certain periods of time.

Buying something on GOG doesn't give you a Steam key, if that's what you're wondering.

I don't use Steam, but I know there's a simple way to add a game to your Steam client game list (not your Steam library, mind you -- just the launcher) and run it from there. That wouldn't give you achievements, trading cards, Steam multiplayer or cloud saving, or any of the other Steam features like that, though. (I imagine most overlay features would work well enough.)

How To's - Add Non-Steam Games to a Library

But, again: as far as I know, Steam cloud saving will not work with non-Steam games added to your game list in this manner. So if you mean that you want your saved game progress backed up on Steam's servers, you're out of luck unless you get a Steam copy.

It depends on what exactly you are hoping to achieve in the end.

If you are looking to be able to launch your GOG owned games from within the Steam client, you can "Add non Steam game to Steam" within the Steam client and have it scan your hard disk looking for games. This will normally discover all GOG games, CD/DVD and other game installations and offer the option to be able to launch them from within Steam. Keep in mind that Steam feature merely launches the games as a convenience, and often the Steam screenshot and video streaming funcationality as well as the Steam overlay will work with most non-Steam games, however things like Steam cloud storage, achievements or other Steam specific features will not work because such games are not the Steam versions of the games. You need to own the Steam version of a game on Steam to get that level of functionality. Nonetheless it is convenient to be able to launch games from other services using the Steam client.

Alternatively, if you are looking to be able to do the opposite of that - to launch non-GOG games such as Steam games from within the Galaxy client, that is also possible however not yet via built in functionality. In order to launch Steam games or CD/DVD games from within Galaxy requires either using a 3rd party application someone wrote and posted here in the forums which creates custom goggame*.info files for Galaxy to read at launch which adds 3rd party games to the Galaxy client interface, or to manually create such files oneself (they are JSON config files basically).

GOG provides a service called "GOG Connect" which allows you to link your GOG account to a single Steam account as well, which is used to implement a promotional feature in the store in which a few times per year game publishers on GOG occasionally provide promotional free copies of their games on GOG to GOG customers that already own their game(s) on Steam. In order to take advantage of these free promotions one simply has to link their Steam account to GOG and wait for the next major GOG Connect promotion which usually happens during the major seasonal GOG sales. When a big sale is on and GOG Connect has active titles available, you can go to the GOG Connect web page and it will scan your Steam account to see if you own any games on Steam which are currently available in the promotion from publishers, and give you the option to get free GOG copies of some of the games. (Due to limitations in Steam's APIs, this does not extend to DLC owned on Steam yet unfortunately, but hopefully Valve will fix this limitation in the future also). GOG Connect promotions are of limited time normally lasting anywhere from a few days to a week or so, so if you sign up for the service be sure to check the store regularly for GOG Connect promotions. This service is useful for obtaining DRM-free copies of games already owned on the Steam platform which are available on GOG as well and are currently being cross promoted by the given publisher(s). I've got about 30-40 free GOG editions of games or so since it started so it is a nice bonus feature.

These are the only things I can think of in terms of any form of connecting the GOG and Steam services/gaming etc. together. If you meant something else other than these, feel free to explain in more detail what you're looking for, but the above is all that exists at the moment for the most part.
Sorry, I misunderstood.

The answer is "no".

If you own the game in both GOG and Steam then you can have them share the installed software and saved games, it's a bit of a pain though and barely worth it unless you're addicted to achievements.

Ah no. General rule, if you want something on Steam then buy it on Steam.

If you buy it on GOG, you'll have it on GOG.
Wow, that would be cool. I connect my GOG account to Steam (would have to make an account there first...) and all my Steam games are suddenly in my GOG account, DRM-free of course...

Just to be clear, GOG and Steam are competitors, so you will never ever get a Steam key here. Sometimes during a special event you can find games on Steam you can add to GOG via GOG Connect, but that is a rare opportunity and the purpose is to get people to "jumpstart" their GOG collection for free.

Some games on GOG do have cloud-saving via GOG Galaxy client - https://www.gog.com/games?page=1&sort=popularity&feature=cloud_saves

I'm guessing the game he was wondering about is Shadow Warrior 2, which, unfortunately, does not seem to have cloud saving via Galaxy.
Also, I think it's Developers who should be offering a multi-use key. It's unfair that Developers allow GOG or Valve to take any blame for games not been available everywhere once purchased.

Sush is life I guess.
