Not all of them, but some:

https://www.gog.com/connect

If you check back every so often you might be able to connect more games.

GOG is not related / connected to Steam in any way. It is another, independent platform for DRM-free games.

It's only their good will (and promotion) that they allow users sometimes to "reclaim" a few of Steam games and add them to their GOG's library. It happens rarely and will not happen for all your games for sure, just for a few of them. These games are not selected at "random" but are "prearranged" so it may even happen that you won't gain anything in next batch of such games.

GOG is an independent market for various games of different genres and is no way affiliated with steam but use gog.com/connect to add a number of games on the list from your steam account
As previously mentioned, there is https://www.gog.com/connect, but this is only for certain games.

Other than that, your Steam library is your Steam library, while your GOG.com library is your (DRM-Free) library.

Keep an eye on the link provided to stay up to date with the games that part of GOG Connect!
In addition to what everyone else has said, there is currently no official way to add games not purchased on GOG to Galaxy, if that is what you are looking for.
