starkberlin: Hello. I bought a game, Empire Earth golden edition, which crashes or rather freezes every time I play after only a few minutes. I have tried to contact custoner support but don't understand why it is so difficult to do this.
Why can't I just send them a simple message without all this hassle of sending info about operating systems etc etc?
Maybe they don't want to receive any messages from customers or what?
27 years of tech support. Your OS is very important to the problem. So is any error message you;re receiving. Maybe also mentioning this "short message" you;re trying to send would be a plus. Back in school, you may have heard of the "Show your work" concept. This is it in practice.
When you take your car into service, don't you tell them the year, make and model?
