I've been trying to refund a game for over a month, but can't seem to get a hold of anyone. I have about 7 open tickets at this point. Is there a way to call GoG, or some kind of trick to get talking with support?

Out of the end user agreement,

So you might want to check your phonebook ;)

For users in the USA only:

17.2 You and we agree that your use of GOG services and GOG content, and this Agreement, will be deemed to be entered into in Los Angeles, California and governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of California, USA (and, if applicable, US Federal law). Any legal claim by you against GOG.com will be made exclusively in any state or federal court located in Los Angeles, California, which will have subject matter jurisdiction regarding the dispute between you and us and therefore we both consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. In any legal claim under this Agreement, the side which wins will be entitled to its legal fees and expenses.

I'm not sure what that has to do with this. GoG offers refunds, my Game hasn't worked for over a month with any of the updates.. Couldn't find a US based number for GoG through google. Thanks anyways, though.
As far as I know there is no phone support, but the best thing to do is to pm Firek (hover over his avatar and click "start conversation") with your problem and ticket number.

Do not open more than one ticket at a time, as it pushes you further down the queue. With that said, you might want to start a chat conversation with Firek.
Also if you sent in 7 tickets, that is at least 6 times you were sent to the back of the line.

Do they mention that on the support page BTW? If not they should.

This may be why you're having trouble getting a response. If you open another ticket, it bumps you down to the end of the Support queue. So every time you opened another one, you went to the back of the line.

Instead of phoning, try sending a Chat to one of the blues on here, like Ciris or Firek. They may be able to get your issue prioritized.
I was not aware it sent me further down the que -_-'. Thanks for the info, everyone! I'll PM Firek right now. Really appreciate how fast and kind this community is. Thank you!

Yeah, as tinyE noted, I don't think it's mentioned on the Support page, but it really needs to be pointed out. Good luck. :)

Actually wanted to type more, but was to quick hitting the post button and afterwards your thread kind of disappeared o-)

I even got a 404 error......

It was just that you check in the US first for calling, if they have a number there, instead of Poland or Cyprus ;)

AND I wanted to add this as well:

Some more info from Ciris, the message in blue....

In flashing Neon, at least until they get over these Galaxy growing pains.

That still has nothing to do with his issue. That post is about hacked accounts, not refunds.

Yep, reading skills......

You just proved, you didn´t read what Ciris wrote....

Like this useful information about being bumped to the bottom on the queue and similar.

Fooooor sure, nothing to do with tickets, no not at all
/sarcasm off

HIs question was regarding refunds though, not his Support requests going to the bottom of the queue. But thanks for the sarcasm.
