I claimed a hex with coppermine (established a new city, the ore was on a neutral territory), however a close rival still own the mine (funny, I see his little flag inside my border). How can I get the mining rights? Thank you!

Actually I find it quite fascinating... people are being so tied up in their game that they simply come here and blurt out their questions... Such enthusiasm speaking from it. Reminds me of my kids when they full of excitement try to tell their latest adventures - it's also like that - starting somewhere in the middle and it's on me figure out what they are actually talking about.

I have to admit, I'm a bit envious... I kind of wish I could go back to this kind of innocent fervor. Makes me feel old ;-)
