Or is it just all satire? Like The Simpsons, Family Guy and American Dad, but with black people?
I also don't understand the character Uncle Ruckus. An old black man, who hates black people and talk shit about them whenever he can. Even though he's black himself.

Pretty sure it's satire since it's made by a black guy.
Is it still going on?
I tried watching it but I found it to be 95% awful, which is admittedly only slightly more awful than I'm willing to watch.

Uncle Ruckus is a caricature of the self-hating black man also known as an "Uncle Tom" in popular American culture.

I enjoyed Venture Bros, Metalocalypse, Robot Chicken, Rick & Morty, Sealab 2021, Harvey Birdman and Aqua Teen Hunger Force which I think are all Adult Swim shows.
Although it's very possible I'm wrong about that.

Yeah it kinda gives a stereotyped image of the Irish, like that they drink a lot, are good fist fighters and talk with a funny accent...

I like Venture Bros. Metalocalypse (well mostly the music), have not seen Rick and Morty, Sealab 2021 is kinda meh to me, Harvey Birdman is watchable to me and has good animation, ATHF is hit and miss for me.

I just dislike Adult Swim shows like Squidbillies, most of the live action shows except Delocated, and ergh 12 Oz. Mouse:

Ofcourse its satire, some of the most brilliant and insightful example of it you'll find and not to mention absolutely frickin' hilarious. The first three seasons especially were amazing, the fourth season wasn't as good but it was sad to see this awesome show end.

Haha....indeed, "The Chappelle Show" was another incredible sketch comedy show with sharp satire that made it stand out. Its a shame it only had three seasons.
