I often see a purple dot next to my name and when I hover over it, the dot is next to my activity feed.

But when I click on it, and it shows "2 new" or something, and I click on it, it shows nothing.

Why does it show that there's something but doesn't show what, is it bugged?

Nope, checked, my whole feed is completely empty. ;) No matter how much I scroll, there's nothing there.

Oh my gosh! I was about to make a similar thread about this, as this "activity feed" mishap has been going on for months already! Do note, this isn't about the forum replies. That side works perfectly.

I've uploaded two screenshots. Every now and then, a purple dot will light up on my activity feed (Pic1). All's good right? Now let's go see what's up. Then so, I would click on the activity feed which brings me to the profile. On the next step, another click now on the "1 new" button notification. And "presto!" a big nothing comes up! No signs of any "Activity", No nothing! (Pic2)

So, the big question is, what's going on? Are there any ideas as to how to fix it?

I'm on Windows 8, Firefox 47.0.1.

Yeah, I have exactly the same thing! Do you also have a permanently empty activity feed?

Looks like site doesn't load properly. Leaving some info about affected browsers and versions would be a not bad idea.

I hear you. But I'm not sure about upgrading, as I've heard it might change how adblock plus works. Mike, I was wondering if you can take a picture of what kind of activity do you see and how the feed is like on your end?

I'm using ublock origin on firefox 52 but I think adblock should work as well.
