waiting whole days despite ticket said 48 hours ago that answer will be replied shortly

i got super important topic to discuss with support and 2 days feel already too long (cant share details here sadly)
No.
Two days is less than standard, usually takes more, especially considering weekends don't count.

I wish you fell you could open up about the problem because most of the people in here are tech wizards. Myself not being one of them. :D

You're the wizard of humour, nothing wrong with that.

Remember that it's business hours. If you submitted your ticket Friday after work, you'd have to expect to wait until the end of the day Tuesday, or early Wednesday, to hear back. At least it's not based on an 8-hour workday ^_^

People just seem to think it's weird when you dress for the part.

Standard response time is 2-3 business days if the support is not swamped with tickets. If they don't get in touch after that, you should PM Firek or some other blue.

Alright and to others , my problem is not technical isue but other one

Well ill guess ill share , i noticed today someone else logged on my account(who is weird) and then buy 4 games(who is even weirder as he used own credit card not mine as i got nothing linked to GOG then my paypal who needs extra password) , i never herd of someone hacking someone account to buy games but...since im a bit in topic of things here is what i suspect

Credit card who person who hacked my account used is ether stolen or these games most likely will serve in some form of scam , as soon as i noticed the activity i changed my password , and canceled 5th game who was already in basket and wrote the ticket

before someone asks my Pc is free mostly from viruses or keylogers , last instance of someone ever hacking anything of mine was WoW account about 8 years ago who was random hack too , i admit it its a bit my foult , GOG account had 1 game , i had short password for easy use and i guess someone broke it by force

My ticket was to cancel these 4 games as i am rightful owner of the account , and few other things

GOG introduced new limitations on purchasing gift codes with credit cards to prevent fraud.

The limitations are targeted largely at new accounts, and so it makes sense that a key reseller might instead use a hacked account to purchase codes.

You're right to contact support.
