Probably not on launch day. Focus Home Interactive hasn't released anything on GOG ever since 2014. Ironically, their last release here was the first Space Run.

Oh, I don't know about that. The first Space Run is still published by them here and none of the games that they have released ever since then have come here by a different publisher. I

Never got a reply to the tweet, but I (much later) emailed them and got the following:

Hi ___,

We have no plan to bring Space Run Galaxy to GOG.com.
