Wurzelkraft: I'm pretty sure Grargar wasn't doubting you but rather the dev's answer. Oh these devs...

Out of curiosity: Can you still chat with that dev?

Hopfully if he doesn't get hurassed by angry gog fans. I left a responce all I can do now is wait.
I somehow doubt it's a QA problem, especially when one man games like Avernum 3 pass the system easily.

Or other small studio games like Factorio, Starbound, and just for a laugh, Block'hood pass.

Or big studio games like Morrowind.

Magmarock:
Looks legit. Just as legit as Postal Redux's "soon" status.

Pretty sad that both postal 2 expansion and postal redux is held up here, i have purchased the expansion on steam(goes on 90% sale frequently ) but held off playing it , till it was patched up good.

However i completed postal redux and it was great , had some performance issues on launch they are probably fixed now.

Hopefully both of these show up soon.

Already? It's been available for $0.90 as far back as May '16. Just one of the many, many, MANY things that make the lack of a gog release so utterly puzzling.
RWS and gOg have fallen out the last couple of years. doubt it will ever happen now, as neither of them seem to be in any hurry to patch up the relationship.

What exactly went sour, in their affair???
Oddly though, GOG has recently changed something in the Postal 2 installer as gogrepo.py noticed there are new files to be downloaded for Postal 2. There are now these installer files, the bolded ones are a new installer that was recently added (like within a week or so), and the third one is the old one, which GOG is still keeping there in the extras:

[setup_postal_2_5021_(18109).exe] -- POSTAL 2 (Part 1 of 2) version: 5021
[setup_postal_2_5021_(18109)-1.bin] -- POSTAL 2 (Part 2 of 2) version: 5021

[setup_postal2_complete_2.0.0.6.exe] -- Postal 2 Complete original version

I have no idea what this new installer is about, I haven't tried to install it yet. The changelog doesn't have any description for it, I presume it would if it has a new expansion pack or something. Anyway, interesting that the game is getting some attention now from GOG and/or the publisher... The fact that GOG chose to keep the earlier installer there as as an "original version" in the extras indicates there is some bigger change in the new installer?

EDIT: Also the new installer appears to be considerably larger, the new one is 2.2GB, while the old one is 941MB. And no it is not of added Galaxy client installer either, there is only a "classic" (Galaxy-free) version of the installer available.
