UnashamedWeeb: The reason why your games are disappearing from your library is because you bought grey market keys.
When those keys are bought with stolen credit cards and after a lengthy investigation is done, then those keys are pulled from libraries that had those fraudulent keys.
Once a game is delisted, just write it off and buy it elsewhere or sail the seas if it can't be bought anymore.
Bought directly from GOG/Steam, using my own debit cards. Games removed from libraries. Games removed from sale so I am now turning towards gray market because of the lies of game preservation. When those keys are bought with stolen credit cards and after a lengthy investigation is done, then those keys are pulled from libraries that had those fraudulent keys.

That's fine, Google Translate sucks anyways.
I just want to buy games that I missed out on because of GOG/Steam delisting them.

UnashamedWeeb: Games that have been delisted previously are still in my library. So where's the bust? SultanOfSuave

If they are de-listed, then they can no longer be purchased legitimately. So why are you even bothering to pay some unknown entity for the privilege, if you are already that desperate? (It's in American, just for you).Reznov64: I just want to buy games that I missed out on because of GOG/Steam delisting them.

Reznov64: I just want to play some fun games that were removed from sale. If piracy is to be fought then they should have kept the games up for sale. Not sure whats so confusing about that. Post edited November 12, 2024 by SultanOfSuave

SultanOfSuave: You've been worming your way around various posts for the past few days complaining about the GOG customer service and requesting information on key sites. I'm sorry if you've had a bad experience, but we on the forums can be of little aid. Don't you get it? Anyone who explicitly recommends a particular key-site is liable to have their account banned (on the forums) - it's a matter that you will have to resolve on your own. And more to the point, you have been told multiple times that no site can ever be fully trustworthy, so can never be recommended. So pack it in, would you. ZADETTE

Reznov64: I am missing Spec Ops: The Line, Turok Escape from Lost Valley, Adventure Park, Unreal Tournament 3 and JYDGE.
ZADETTE: First of all, what's with the sass? You want help? Maybe try without the lip.
Now that the American English is out of the way, check your Order History. If there's no receipt there, then you're either using the wrong email/account, or it was purchased from a grey market reseller who likely used a stolen card. If it is in your Order History, try refreshing your account. If you're using Galaxy, try checking through the browser. And as a last resort, try both GOG support, messaging a blue in the forums, or the support of the site where you bought those keys from.
It's not like you're out of options here.
I have contacted GOG support but they have not responded to any of my questions. I have no idea what you mean by contacting a blue, I haven't seen any nor do I understand that term how it is used here.
Again I am new to this gray market stuff, I just want to buy games that were delisted, I missed out on them, so I can play them.

No, mate. I read your posts. I just didn't like your attitude, and I don't like it now. Edit: And I don't believe you.
I'll do it in point form:
* Check your Order History. If you paid GOG, it should be there. Also check your emails.
* No receipt? Check if you're using the right email/account.
* If using Galaxy, check on the browser. Try refreshing your account.
* Contact a blue user on the forums (their nickname's in the color blue), if you've had no response from GOG Support, or totally forgot to check your Junk folder.

Reznov64: I guess no one reads previous posts and jumps to the newest. I purchased the games through GOG/Steam directly using my debit card. The games were delisted and removed from sale and my libraries even though I purchased them before the delistings. I still have Spec Ops: The Line on Steam but not GOG.
I have contacted GOG support but they have not responded to any of my questions. I have no idea what you mean by contacting a blue, I haven't seen any nor do I understand that term how it is used here.

Allow me to be curt for a moment, if I may. If you are indeed oblivious, then allow me to state it once more. If they are de-listed then they cannot be bought, and you must miss out on them unless you wish to engage in potentially nefarious or immoral deeds in order to do so. Use the grey market at your own peril, and don't involve anyone else with it, please.
