Usually I've been working around not having admin by using innoextract, which is a program that lets you extract files from an installer. However, I've gotten a game where there is more than one file downloaded for installation. Is there any way i can work around this?

Out of interest, why do you not have admin rights? Reason is you could have further issues, I.e. not able to add ref entries, install required components, and create saves. UAC will kill any modding also.

It used to be my parents' computer, so I don't have admin. I haven't experienced any huge issues with it yet, apart from being unable to use installers.
Ask or look for the password. If not possible and the computer is really yours now, why not just reinstall the OS and everything else and have a much easier life henceforth.

I would highly recommend getting admin rights, or as the Ken mentions, just reinstall os. You lose a lot of control and abilities, without any gain.
