Hi, I am some guy from Brazil.

There are awesome games over here, and I wish I could buy some of then. But I can't, because the only currency accepted is the dollar and that is, by itself, a large barrier.

I humbly ask GOG to add other currencies on the website, such as 'real' the brazilian currency, so it could be easier for other people to buy your games.
Brazil is a large consumer of videogames and it would be great for GOG to add this public to your consumers and it would be largely beneficial for everyone.

Isn't this something people all around would like to see, their own currencies so that they can buy games with ease?

It all depends on where you live.

I for example have access to US dollar, British Pound, Euro and now also my own currency SEK (Swedish Krona).

They recently added a few currencies but far from all of them. Perhaps in the future?

It seems it is in BR. Does it matter? Currency conversion fees are normally not that large.

Why can you pay in Euro and British Pound? I thought you can only pay in US Dollars and the currency of your own country.

I think most people in Europe (regardless of whether they're in the Eurozone or not) get EUR as an option.
Not sure why GBP is available in Sweden, though.

One would think the largely beneficial regional pricing would be enough, but that's clearly not the case... :\

Regarding the Euro, it's because of European Union and all that. I for example pay in Euro on Steam as well. When it comes to British Pound, I have no idea. I assume I just have it for the sake of it? :S

Well, sir, you see, being it in dollars, the regional pricing is no use =\ Actually, with the nowadays economics, the dollar is worth 3 times more then the brazilian currency. But, no matter, I am not asking the games to be cheaper, I just wish the exchange would be easier.

GOG could use the "Boa Compra" brazilian service to make these transactions with brazilian consumers. Or at least this is my best wish for the future.

Regional pricing means that though Undertale costs $9.99 in the US, it should cost you $4.99 since you live in Brazil. This means that the game is cheaper for Brazilian customers than for US customers. FYI the dollar is worth about 8 SEK but the price for Undertale in Sweden is $11.49.

If GOG dealt with real the price of Undertale would likely be 4.99 * 3.6 = 18 real (roughly speaking). What you would stand to gain is not having to pay the conversion fee.

I think people are getting a little offended by my request.
GOG is great. I even desire to buy games specific from it. But I can't because the currency is a large barrier to overcome that I need a Credit Card. To get the credit card I need to earn much more money they I do now. I am just a studant, I can't have a credit card. A bank would not give me one if can't make enough money.

I really should not need to explain my life to some offended dude on the internet.

I couldn't appreciate GOG more. But I can't buy it's games.

Let me put this straight: This is a small request. Not a demand.
Regional prices were never the point.

No bank would ever give me a credit card. I am just a student, I can't make enough money for that.
