Find what you're looking for faster, easier, and with style.

As some of you have already noticed, today we launched an overhauled navigation system for GOG.com. The goal is simple: to make it faster, simpler, and better for you to explore our store and find what you're looking for.

Browsing our catalog has never been easier: mouse over the Store tab for a neat dropdown menu that contains ongoing sales, a detailed breakdown of our games categories, and several top-tier suggestions.
To bring our games closer to you, we've also made several improvements to our search engine, so locating the title you're after should be much more straightforward now. Those accessing our store through mobile will notice that these changes have dramatically improved their experience, as well.

But that's not all! If you want to reach Support, interact with the Community, or manage your Account, you'll find that the intuitive dropdown menus make for a much more fluid experience, saving you time that could be spent playing your favorite games!

Your account name and avatar are now clearly visible on top at all times, so you can tell at a glance if you're logged in and on which account. Last but not least, redeeming gift codes and switching between languages or currencies is now more readily available with no need to scroll to the bottom of the page.

Enjoy!
I don't like directwrite feature (and chrome force it) so i don't like this font, too blurred...
Threw me off for a second when I first loaded the page up, but after a bit of fiddling to try it out I think I like it.
Not a fan of any menu that slams huge images in my face.
It feels like Steam, but worse.

Barefoot_Monkey: I'd love to get hired to make a new forum for GOG.
New wishlist entry: hire Barefoot_Monkey. I'd gladly vote Yes to that
Very nice! Quite like it. That's my first impression at least.
Because of new design I finally went to see my movies collection in over a year. Not saying I am lazy. Instead, happy for an easy and direct way.
low rated
I'm not getting PM notifications.
the most anticipated or expected feature for me when it comes to browsing store was a possibility to filter off the display of "already owned" games

i suppose i'm dumb, because i still didnt find it anywhere...

in fact other filters would be useful

and last, i'd like to remind gog team that "indie" is NOT a "game genre" as we have indie rpgs, indie fps, indie platformers and so on...
Nice move gog, my first impression is positive for sure.

One thing I'd like to say. In the "Store" tab, I think it would be nice to add the weekly sales. Sure, I see the special "Deep Silver sale" and you can browse all the discounted games but it would be a practical, nice touch to add also the weekly sales.

Grargar: Still not able to search for "Eye of the Beholder". Oh well, maybe with the next menu bar update.
I agree, and that would have driven me crazy if I didn't already bought it, and was trying to find it to buy.
I can't say I like the new graphical design, but it seems to be a clear improvement from a functional perspective. My eyes will adjust.
at first I was confused at what was going on, but then.. wow, really like the clean, easy to access, drop down menu style for fast navigation to what you want. you still can peruse the main page to the old spots. i found it hard to navigate the old way, especially when sales are cluttering the page. on the other hand its kinda shocking to see my total game count, listed first on the acct menu. it was easier to hide my addiction with the total buried in the library menu and separated by hidden/active. lol, good times

thanks for the updates
I generally like this, and am glad just clicking on my profile name still takes me straight to my games (not having to use a sub-menu). So nothing lost.

BUT!! The order of the menu items seems wrong. The second one is just about GOG - most users would rarely, if ever, click on that. It's far less important than our games list. Maybe "About" should just be a link at the bottom of the page (where there are more options). So the top just needs Store, Community, Support, then our profile.
Smooth,Slick and Sexy!!

I like it. :)
Whoa whoa whoa, are you saying that there's a UI update that doesn't blow ass? Make things worse? Fill up my RAM with cottage cheese?

It's really weird to see someone update their UI and actually improve it instead of:
- making everything bigger (buttons, text, general wasting of space)
- hiding all the useful information (like the PS4 store)
- forcing you to take more steps just to access things that used to take one click (remember when youtube had a "my videos" button on the homepage?)
