My connection is a bit unstable so direct download isn't reliable when I download large games... GOG Downloader was excellent before the recent update.

Hi.

I bought Prince of Persia trilogy (Sands of Time, Warrior Within and Two Thrones) during the promo and I have trouble downloading them.

Getting the bonus works fine but here are the status I get for the games:
- The Sands of Time: Checksum error on chunk 10, please contact support
- Warrior Within: same with chunk 1
- The Two Thrones: same with chunk 2

Windows Vista 64bits, French. Using latest downloader version (3.2.14.0 - stable).

Downloader is installed on D: and downloads are put in a directory on D: too (12.1GB free). System is C: (3.70GB free).

I found the following files in C:\Users\AppData\Local\GOG.com:
- prince_of_persia_the_sands_of_time.bin (11.1KB)
- prince_of_persia_the_two_thrones.bin (13.4KB)
- prince_of_persia_warrior_within.bin (30.6KB)

What can I do ? Should I restart the download ?

It didn't work. Now it fails on chunks 18, 5 and 0. Should I wait for an update (I am not in a hurry) ?

I had this problem too but found a decent workaround.

Just grab the icon like you're rearranging the download order then set it back again; works for me. Maybe it rechecks the percent completed when it does that but try it out see if it works.

The gog downloader is launching multiple copies of the setup program when finished. Is this a known issue?

Does GOG.com Downloader work with Windows 8?

Win 7 x64, downloader v3.2.14

I'm having the problems too! I've downloaded Beyond Divinity and the downloader showed me different progresses after each download-pause (veeery slow internet-connection). After the download was complete, the file was corrupt of cause.

I had this problem(s) also with other games since the downloader-version 3.2.7

Too bad, I can't show you the log because this one here's not my own PC.

Download keeps resetting back to 0 every time i close the downloader, tried clearing out the downloaded bits and the log and restarting it but no luck.

Downloads still get stuck, sometimes restarting or pausing helps.

I tried to download Zork Nemesis (downloaded about 200 mb), and after closing and restarting the downloader the queue was empty again. The folder C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\GOG.com is empty except for logger.log.
