UPDATE: Last chance to grab your games from the original list! Make sure to get them until June 8, 12:59 PM UTC.

Want more games? We've got more games! Three new titles are now available through GOG Connect:

- Kona
- Defender's Quest
- Door Kickers

You can get them until June 13, 1:59 PM UTC.

Today, we're launching a new program called GOG Connect. The premise is simple: connect your Steam account and add your eligible games to your GOG.com library.

Whether you're checking us out for the first time or have been with us for a while, GOG Connect gets you DRM-free versions of your games, digital extras, and a whole lot of freedom of choice (like whether you go with the GOG Galaxy client or not). It gets you our take on game ownership, and we say: why buy the games more than once?

Thanks to our awesome partners including Deep Silver, Harebrained Schemes, Jonathan Blow's Number None, TaleWorlds and more, you can now add more than 20 games to your GOG.com library if you previously purchased them on Steam.

The full list of games will always be available on connect.gog.com, starting with these and more:

- The Witness
- FTL: Faster Than Light
- The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing: Final Cut
- Galactic Civilizations 3
- Trine Enchanted Edition
- Saints Row 2
- Shadowrun Returns
- The Witcher: Enhanced Edition

While GOG Connect will stick around, the available games will come and go. These are limited-time offers made possible by participating developers and publishers, so stay tuned as we bring new titles onboard in the future (and grab your copies before they go away)!

For a bit more library-building, a bunch of our favorite titles will also be discounted up to -85% all week long, including The Witness, Saints Row: The Third, System Shock 2 and more. You can check out all the deals here. The sale will last until June 6, 12:59 PM UTC.

Konrad: Sorry guys, we're having some technical difficulties. GOG Connect should be back shortly!

VanFanel1980mx: To this date I keep getting connection timeout when trying to sign in to connect.
Glitch in Matrix i'm afraid. :P
Saints Row 2 not showing up as available to add via GOG Connect, despite refreshing multiple times. All other games besides that have connected fine so far.

Edit: eventually went through

blakstar: Added a new game to my Steam account earlier, since it was cheap, just to test how the system would respond to adding new games on the Steam side.

It took GOG a couple of hours to recognize that I had added a new game, unlike my existing games, which were added almost immediately when GOG added extra games to their service -- that is, after the initial release.
Yep, that's been my experience too. Worked likedy split first time running it and found that I owned most already, and added one. But then took a couple hours each time I added steam keys of eligible games.

For those of you with connection issues, I'd take a screenshot of my GOG Connect and Steam library screens, and start a support ticket. Then I'd sit back and be patient. GOG will make it right eventually.

Rendking: i was wondering if we can't connect do we still get an option to add our games later even when the time is up? or is this a one time thing
Rendking read the original post which is always at the top of this Discussion

You're welcome
Wow! This is tres cool!!!!!!!!

Thanks GOG.
A nice new feature.
This is a damn nice feature! However, I've got the accounts linked, and I have most of the games on connect.gog.com in my Steam library, but I'm seeing "No Eligible Games Found" whenever I refresh. Steam profile is set to public.

Is it just a matter of waiting and refreshing, or am I bugged?

I'm in the same boat, and it's been like that from day one. I get that this whole idea is a bonus, but it's still kind of annoying that it isn't working, given the limited time to connect this batch of applicable games.

Nope, limited time offers with specific games.
If you still can't connect try using a VPN. It worked for me as described here:

So, I checked my Humble Bundle account, and I had Xenonauts not redeemed on Steam.

Just added them to Steam, will see how much time it will take for GoG Connect to pick them up!

(Does this mean we now have to redeem all our Humble Bundle Steam keys if we don't want to pass the (temporary!) opportunity of having them GoG Connect-ed when we aren't looking?)

Pheace: Also, what's stupid about their refund system? With Steam's refund system you can download and play the game for almost 2 hours and still get a refund no questions asked. If you download it on GOG the game needs to be broken to get a refund and you'll have to work with support to fix it before you'll get one.
Really ?
They sway they give us 30 days delay, but it's wrong ?

Anyway, i'm still not convinced.
I really need to know what is or are the point(s) to link my accounts.

If you want to make sure you're not going to miss out during these time limited handouts then yes, we have no idea if/when they'll be back, if ever.
