It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Just recently got the first Witcher game and I appear to be unable to install it.
The moment I click the 'install' button the window with the buttons 'cancel' and 'continue' (the latter is greyed out) pop out.
Above that is just the spinny loading thing. Nothing I do seems to work.
I have checked my internet multiple times, restarted my computer multiple times, and have even tried uninstalling and installing gog galaxy multiple times.

Any help would be appreciated greatly :)

apologies for any spelling/grammar mistakes. English is not my first language

Are you using Galaxy? What OS are you using? Where are you trying to install it? (I recommend not installing in either Programs or Programsx86 - install to something like C:\Games) Are your running the installer as admin?

If yo're not using Galaxy: Are you sure you have all the game files? There should be an .exe and several .bin files as well (do not unzip them). Make sure they're all in the same folder and run the .exe file.
Your English is fine. No problem understanding what you typed.

I don't use Galaxy, but is there an option for file verification? By this, I mean that it will verify that the download didn't get messed up while, er, downloading. The file verification process can take quite a long time, especially for something as large as the The Witcher games. If there is an option to turn off file verification, give that a try.

For the non-Galaxy installers, you can turn off file verification.
First of all make sure Galaxy services aren't blocked by firewall/antivirus software.
Otherwise download offline backup installer for The Witcher, install the game manually and then import to Galaxy.
(Go to game page, click more button, select Manage installation - > Import folder.. and point to the folder with installed game.) Of course you may also enjoy the game without Galaxy.

Galaxy installer of The Wither should look like on my second attached screen (gxy_witcher.jpg) from a virtual machine.
