I don't think there's rape in this game.

But it would be awesome horror scene.
Imagine player is wandering in rooms and suddenly he goes to bathroom.
On the floor here is a shiny pink anti-bacterial soap lying on floor.
Out of curiosity he bends to pick it up.
Suddenly ghosts/zombie inmates appear out of no where and they start to devour player's guts.
And "you died" appears on screen.

Poor thread got killed by a soap, not fair.
