AI War Fleet Command, The Last Federation and Bionic Dues should be on the list. iirc STALKER doesn't store achievements centrally, but they only apply for one character/playthrough. In which case, Sunless Sea would also apply.

For all its issues, online-only achievements aren't one of them.

As I've stated elsewhere, I think gog galaxy should provide an option to store and display achievements locally only (unless it does this already; I have no clue), thus eliminating the need for this thread, mostly. Linux users like myself don't get galaxy features of any kind, anyway.

Slay the Spire has also ingame achievements.
They are given while processing the game for various merits.
They also do count towards a save games completion percent.

Botanicula, Machinarium and Samorost 3 support also ingame achievements.

Examples:

Yes: StS has ingame achievements in gog version.
You can check them under -> statistics -> character statistics.
imo it´s a very good game. If you purchase it, have fun! :-)
