Wanted to buy one more pinata to get The Last Tinker, Avernum 2 or The Last Federation, but for some reasons GOG won't accept my credit card any longer.

I never had that problem before, but maybe it's GOG's way of telling me that I should stop gambling.

I went for one (although the odds were not good for anything I didn't have...)
got: Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Editiont (can add it to my Gold edition I guess...)

It might be your card's security because of so many small charges in succession.

Same here about 5 minutes ago. Tried 3 times as I was afraid I made a typo.
It's there loss, not ours.

Edit:
Never had an issue with several small purchases in a row here before, so I doubt that's the reason.
When home I'll have to check and see if charges were made or not.

PaterAlf: Give it a try. I played it some weeks ago and it was much better than I thought it would be.

And please note that it comes with a GOG bonus code for Deponia, Edna & Harvey: The Breakout or another Deadalic adventure that I don't remember at the moment (maybe Chains of Satinav). You can find it on the gamecard under serial keys. You should use it quickly, the code expires in about a week.
Thanks for the info, i just checked out the code i got from Randal's Monday, the third is A New Beginning: Final Cut. Unfortunately i got them all already, the code expires on October 29th though.

My failed payments are in my orders and settings as not completed yet with a countdown timer for completion.

Looks like I really couldn't resist the lure of the Pinata.
