All of everything is back, plus some new stuff.

It's the incredible, the amazing, the stunning Indie Piñata Grande Finale!

Welcome to the final blowout. It's 24 hours of every deal and Pinata so far, all to bring this weeklong event to its grande conclusion. Among these exceptional offers is the return of The Vanishing of Ethan Carter - now in an all-new, totally improved Unreal Engine 4 Redux edition. There's the most delicious combination of words in gaming, also known as Sunless Sea, and of course - there is a handful of completely new Piñatas so you can keep on whackin' on!

What is the Indie Piñata?
The Indie Piñata is a whacky gaming sale brought to you by Crunching Koalas and GOG.com, a weeklong celebration of diverse indie games - organised to help gamers (you) discover great indie titles without breaking the bank. Instead, we'll break the Piñata! A lot.

There's so much stuff.
There's stuff alright, with plenty of video game stuffing.
We've got a hefty selection of deals up to 80% off - all indies, all highly recommended - this includes titles like Kerbal Space Program (-33%), NEO Scavenger (-50%), Legend of Grimrock 2 (-75%), and MouseCraft (-80%), so that you can pick and choose what you play (but it's probably best to get them all just in case).

Whack your Piñata!
If you're fond of surprises, for $3 (or your local equivalent), you can grab your own 100% whackable Piñata and find a random indie wonder inside - handpicked by us and Crunching Koalas. The Piñata can include games anywhere from $9.99 to $44.99, so there's a deal (and a satisfying POP) behind every swing - and we’ll be ready to congratulate those of you who show off your discounted gains on Twitter with the hashtag #IndiePinata!

The Promo and Piñata include a completely separate batch of games, so there's plenty of variety and surprises - we'll also rotate the Promo and Piñata lineup after three days, just so that things don't get too stale. The Indie Piñata promo will last until 9/18/2015, 9:59AM GMT. Just remember - check yourself, before you whack yourself.
Batter up!

It's the Indie Piñata at , as well! We’re celebrating with tons of special promo streams. [url=https://www.gog.com/news/coming_up_on_twitchtvgogcom]Check out the schedule to know what’s going on over the weekend, and follow our channel for 4-6 hours of awesome, daily gaming content!

mattymuc: I have bought 3 games and got 3 games I already have in my library :-(
This is not my promo...
Welcome to the club! :D (and I didn't even have those games on gog :P don't know about you).
Seems too many people are getting games they already own. I think I'll pass on this promo. But I'm happy to see GOG going out and trying something new here. It's the only way to get feedback, and it keeps things fresh. :)

Marioface5: I tried the Pinata five times, but sadly every time I got games that I will never play. I really wish they were gifts instead of automatically being added to the library, since at least then I could give them away to someone who would enjoy them. Now I just have stuff I really don't want cluttering up my collection. I should have known better.
avatar
Matruchus: You do know that you can refund them if you wan't to.
Mmh, how does it go again? It's unlimited if you don't download it, right?
avatar
gamesfreak64: it was, but sometimes it seemd that the game you wanted most, always came when you had to catch some sleep.
that was the funnier part of Insomnia sale

Zoidberg: Mmh, how does it go again? It's unlimited if you don't download it, right?
Within 30 days. After that, it's considered a final sale and non-refundable.

Marioface5: snip
Ask the support to convert the games to gifts.

Or ask for a refund as others have said.

i can understand that.

i got (none of these are downloaded yet, normally i download them but with these games i have not)

jazzpunk new
dust: an elysian tail new
legend of grimrock new
gods will be watching new

all 13.99 listed and the gods wby at 8.99 so its a nice value for the 2.69 euros BUT
these games will look marvellous on my shelves, but chances i play them will be zero, cause these were not bought by me in the 1st place because they were 3d had too many flashes or other things preventing me from playing them.

as for refunding: i always feel that if you ask for refund they might look different to you, something like:
omg he's asking a refund (again) its like school, you could ask the teacher any question, but you knew he would like you to limit these as much as possible.

does anyone know if i could get these 4 games back as store credit cause i used prepaid,
games arent downloaded yet
....
Unfortunately this isn't the type of weekend deal that i was looking for .

Have fun with your games .

As Grargar said 30 days if you don't download it.

Konrad: That said, if you end up getting stuck with a bunch of spare gifts (or a Base/Deluxe edition of a game you own already), you can always contact support to use the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee - or simply convert them to store credit. Just keep in mind this applies to the Piñata's price, not the game's full value. ;)
Is there a link somewhere to convert to store credit, or does that also require contacting support?

LiefLayer: I want to know it too. I use mac.
OK, so I bought one and got Shelter, a game most decidedly not for Linux. Hm, perhaps someone would be willing to trade me for Halfway. Or I'll just do a profit-from-my-bad-luck giveaway.
So I bought 25 Pinatas at once (don't judge me), and I got:

OUTLAST
SPELUNKY
BOOK OF UNWRITTEN TALES: THE CRITTER CHRONICLES, THE
AARKLASH: LEGACY
LEGEND OF GRIMROCK
SHADOW WARRIOR (2013)
GODS WILL BE WATCHING: SPECIAL EDITION
BLACKWELL BUNDLE
TERRARIA
HALFWAY
FTL: ADVANCED EDITION
JAZZPUNK
EADOR. MASTERS OF THE BROKEN WORLD
GUACAMELEE! SUPER TURBO CHAMPIONSHIP EDITION
SHELTER
RANDAL'S MONDAY
DUST: AN ELYSIAN TAIL
1954 ALCATRAZ
MACHINARIUM COLLECTOR'S EDITION
VOLGARR THE VIKING
LUMINO CITY

Only 2 of those games I didn't already own, Volgarr and Lumino City, and those I got 2 times.

I contacted support, so let's see how it goes.

And if that's through support, as I think it is, thanks to directing us to how do we have to contact support (which reason etc...).

I'd rather get those as gifts if I buy some again, at least I'll be able to gift them if I don't like them/already have them elsewhere.

Thanks in advance,
Looks like GOG is having some issues. :-/

Personally I don't gamble nor am I interested in any of these games. Hopefully we'll see the id shooters discounted sooner than later.

Hope Nordic is still working on bringing Titan Quest Complete here! ;)

Johny.: We're making sure that you only find games that you don't have yet. But if you already own every game hidden in the Piñata, we'll convert your spare copies to a gift.
Yes, but will we be informed before paying? You make it sound like we don't find out until after payment, which means at any point I might end up buying a game I already own...
