PMIK: His music is very different, especially in this game.

I remember playing the demo of Omikron back when it came out. After a brief introduction the game breaks out into his "Angels Of Promise" song while the camera pans across this strange futuristic world you've been plunged into. At first I though, "What a really weird song and a really weird game!". I then loved the demo so much I played through multiple times, being forced to sit through the same intro, and I came to really enjoy the music.

Didn't even know that David Bowie was in the game before you mentioned it... makes me kinda curious right now.

PMIK: Yeah it was pretty cool. On the GOG store page his character is in the first screenshot (just next to the video)
well as far as music goes i tend to be rather ...fluid
but i never listened to anything by bowie other then under pressure and thats because i am a fan of queen
and with 20 albums and god knows how many collections singles and live albums its also a bit hard to choose where to start with bowie

and weird games is where its at id rather play an unusual game then the umpteenth call of medal clone

You might have actually. He released versions of the songs he wrote for the game in his album "Hours"

I'm definitely in.

I grew up listening to David Bowie since my mum's a huge fan of his. I'm gonna have to pick up his new album and give it a listen.

Nice GA btw, it's a nice way to honour his memory the GOG way. Maybe GOG should put Omikron on the frontpage and put it on sale as a tribute..and Brutal Legend as well while they're at it to honour Lemmy.
