looks pretty damn cool. will likely pick this up shortly.
Yay!, and finally one step closer to release... Not going to bite the bullet just yet (not until full release), but has been
on my wishlist ever since it was first announced here about a year ago.
I'm a happy Kickstarter backer!

Super eager to finally play it, devs had already sent keys to backers :) Props to devs and GOG for releasing it simultaneously with Steam. Into space we go! :-D
Any idea how close we are to completion?

From the FAQ in the game forum:

"Approximately how long will this game be In Development?
We want to keep working on Space Haven until it is a true gem among indie games. Our plan is to keep updating the game with new features and exciting content until it reaches that status.

A rough estimate for this could be somewhere between 1 to 2 years. However, we don't believe you can rush quality, and we will take as much time as the game needs."
Right up my alley, will definitely buy it at some point; thanks for bringing it on GOG!
I've been eyeballing this one. I could not get into FTL because the roguelite school of game mechanics just isn't my thing, but a deeper spaceship sim is quite appealing.

Thank you.
This reminds me a lot of Star Command Galaxies. I hope Space Haven doesn't share that game's fate.
Really looks cool and found its way to my wishlist, but probably I will wait with buying till its finished ;)
I‘ll give it a shot since I like the scenario. And most similar space games are indeed rogue-likes/lites, a genre I also don‘t handle too well xD
Played the "demo", and even for an early access game, it is awesome and fun already!

This going to be a wonderful game!

Thank you for this, just the info I was looking for.
I will not preorder then, 2+ years is a long time.

Once they will release it, I will happily buy it for a full price.
It has a strong vibe of Spacebase DF-9, which is exactly what caught my attention. but this one, hopefully, will be finished.

Not my experience: I have to create an account on a cloud service to claim my backer's key.
