It is more like an westernised version of Bushido Blade
"Active ragdolls"? Does it mean it's playable in multiplayer?
It looks really-really interesting.
Although it is different, but it reminded me Exanima which is still in development.
Not too keyb-friendly but a good game nonetheless.
2021's Barbarian
Checked out the demo and already lost a couple of hands xD Very very cool, and though it's definitely playable on keyboard, it is kind of meant for a controller.

Thanks!

I'm happy to tell, that comparing to demo AI is getting better. It's still not spectacular, but it's going in the right direction.

I'm unhappy though, that in-game Marie lost her hair :(

IMO game is perfectly playable with keyboard - it's just 9 keys in total (4 directional + 5 functional), I would say that I even feel better and more "intuitive" with keyboard*

Game is still in "raw" state (5 characters, duels and survival are the main course ATM, no story mode yet), but in its very basis is enjoyable and functional. Normally I'm not buying games in EA, but for this one I've made an exception.

*there is even quite oldschool motive - keyboard control is configured in the way allowing to play both players on keyboard - like in good old 90')

Despite the fact of the decapitation shown at the end of the trailer? ;)
