If those games aren't on GOG connect at one point in time, then NO. And if they're games that GOG doesn't sell: even more NO.

No, but as it seems it will launch from galaxy 2.0 (this is why i used "maybe")
It kinda depends on what you consider "library"

Well, the OP mentioned "gog library", not "my personal collection of games I own that I like to call library". If the OP wants more detailed and personal advise, he/she should've given us more information. ;-)
