Indeed, one of the worst aspects of the unbundling. Sheer waste on both ends of the data pipeline, and of the pipeline itself.
I'm actually really happy with this change. I usually only play one game at a time from a pack so this results in quicker downloads and less hard drive usage for me. I have a 128GB SSD that I use for my games and it actually fills pretty quickly, so yes this matters.

Nice work, GOG!
And now i have to reorganize my library :) thank you and also i still have that empty space in my library and how do i get of it?

The empty space is a bug in gog coding. If you wan't to get rid of it you have to contact gog support to get rid off it but be advised since its a pretty low priority for them it will take two months before they even look at it.

It really depends on how you look at it. This change could encourage people not to download their entire library, but rather to become dependent on installing games via Galaxy. The more unmanageable the library becomes, the more averse people would be to manage it themselves.

And obviously we all want people to become dependent on a client, judging from competitive analysis.
There is something very wrong with the Heroes Chronicles download size. The split game with all chapters now has size of 3.5GB where as the old bundled version was 653 MB. Another negative example of download size increase.

yeah I had to do that earlier myself..While I like how it looks now and the single installers make things much more convenient but moving 81 or so now single entry/unbundled titles around was a chore that I hope I won't have to do again for some time. But in the end it was somewhat worth it since my shelf looks alot nicer(visually speaking).

I guess I must have missed that but still the size increase is just crazy.

I have the same issue too. Is this bug related to individual users rather than beeing the generic one?

Its a generic bug that occurs for a long time in gog library but as of yet by words from gog support they have no clue what is causing it.

Very nicely organised!

P.S. Softporn Adventure seems out of place.
I don't know what to think of that idea of un-bundling.
Anyway, what I have noticed is that my copy of Fallout the 1st game has disappeared in-between.
I hope GOG will do something about it because I can't possibly download it again anymore.

Leisure Suit Larry and Leisure Suit Larry (VGA)?

Why would you do that?!
What's next, X Game Singleplayer, X Game Multiplayer?

Please, could you just work on a feature for Galaxy to handle this?
