Grargar: -Another World: 20th Anniversary Edition
I really have a sneaking suspicion that I won't like it.
Fever_Discordia: I strongly suspect that there's going to be a distinction drawn between games that are bundled together in a pack and games that offer an earlier version of themselves as an extra, like his one ^ I could be wrong though *shrugs*
I imagine it depends on how the game is launched partly. If a game comes with one launcher that then launches the various sub-games perhaps they will present it with one launcher. Like the Riddick game for example is actually 2 games bundled together and after you start it you pick which of the two games you want to play if memory serves correctly. Personally I would rather see that show up as 2 separate games in my library in terms of launching the game from a UI, but don't care about it so much in terms of seeing the stash of things I own. I suppose I feel the same way about the rest of my catalogue also more or less.
For episodic games I suppose it depends on how the game is structured, if the episodes are completely standalone with their own launchers, or if there is one main game launcher and all the episodes act more like DLC to the master game launcher.
For games that come as a collection/pack I suspect they will all be broken up into individual launchers. The unknown though is do we have one installer still, which once installed makes per-game entries, or do the installers now become per-game themselves? I don't really care either way personally because when all is said and done I own the exact same games and can install/launch them DRM-free.
Looking through my game shelf, here are the games I suspect will be broken up into individual shelf items, but will have to wait and find out what GOG actually does of course: :o)

Back to the Future
Wallace & Grommit's Grand Adventures (not sure, GOG no longer lets you look at the game card which kind of sucks)
Games that are multiple but integrated and presumably inseparable:
(4) The Bard's Tale (new game + 3 originals I believe, although it has one launcher I think)
(2) The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena (comes with Escape from Butcher Bay also)
My numbers might be slightly off above, and there might be titles I missed because I don't realize they include another game with them, I also did not count expansion packs and some games might have standalone expansion packs included which arguably are an individual game on their own right probably best to have their own entry.
It's kind of cool to see just how many there really are! Not counting the episodic games, if my math is right this would make 69 additional new game entries on my shelf/launcher, which would make my shelf go from 335 current entries up to 399. It'll make for a longer list, but make it easier to see what actual individual games there are which is a bonus IMHO, and also allow more fine grained installation/uninstallation which isn't a big deal for disk space with older games but might be a bit more for newer ones for some people, but also keeps the installed games count clutter down if you only install what you're actually playing. For example, installing Might and Magic 6-pack puts 6 launchers up, hopefully one can now install just the one game they want to play.
Having library views like "All", "Installed", "Recently Played", "Purchased Order", as well as the ability to create custom categories and sorting-order (including a manual shelf arrangement like the website has now) would be great to manage it all, and important - making it so you can put one game card into more than one category, and perhaps to have an optional hierarchical structure so people could create a custom view with folders and put all games of a collection into one collapsible folder. Just some feature ideas to pass along.
It'd also be nice to be able to apply multiple keyword tags to individual games for purposes of searching and filtering.
As one's collection of games/movies/whatever get larger and larger, having more advanced organization mechanics, searching, sorting and filtering features become a must have to avoid a pile of clutter. :)
Edit: Updated to account for QFG1 EGA, remove Bards Tale, Riddick as they are presumably inseparable.
Edit: Updated to account for Swords of Xeen
Edit: Updated to add Leisure Suit Larry collection
