My dear esteemed colleague, as per your reference to the "league", I thought we'd agreed not to mention that in any foreseeable meetings, whether the minister happens to believe that it's pertinent or not, due to the scandalous nature of the most recent (and certainly most prominently remembered in everyone's mind this fine April afternoon) debacle, involving members of the committee in positions that were, shall we say, untoward for persons of such notoriety as they, despite many of them being of such a disposition as to believe wholeheartedly that such activities could be misconstrued - or rather misinterpreted - as having been the product of the conspiracies by so many ne'er-do-wells and layabouts that lack the tremendous resolve and fortitude of persons such as myself (not to blow my own horn, for isn't it far better to have it blown by another?) to continue fighting for the most fundamental of urgent prerogatives, as I have so done throughout this entire thread? While reference to such leagues may have unenviable consequences with regard to the obviously exclusatory nature of certain respected members, whilst including members of otherwise percieved and often positively attained character that may consider such association to be of a descending relation to the ascribed situation. It is always important to consider that in such situations there is always the positive attribution of an involvement in the construction of an otherwise uninvolved case of literary contribution that does in fact facilitate the contiuation of the discussion at hand.

You seem to be missing the marvelously eloquent and profoundly pedantic point of the discussion at hand, as you so brazenly state (with a delusional perception of immunity to consequences of such blatant heresy) facts which, while they are technically accurate, carry with them the superlative (though not with the positive connotation the word tends to imply) force of almost actually SAYING SOMETHING! And hasn't it been clear from the start that such behavior cannot be tolerated in a civilized discussion of abstractions such as those presented throughout the entirety of the discussion (idiots and their sarcastic comments notwithstanding)?

While SAYING SOMETHING can be perceived in itself to be an event, it really is more a divergence from the overall methodology of ensuring that a conversation achieves a positive trajectory. What was said may or may not influence the overall nature of the conversation, but can affect the directional flow of what is ultimately a transitional approach to the overal impartment on the nature of the conversation.

Yes. We are in a dire situation. I'm glad there is someone here that is willing to bring this up. Now we can start having a discussion so we can come to a solution to this very serious problem.
