Upon checking my games list and cross checking the games I actually have purchased from GOG against my emailed receipts, I've found that they've lost at LEAST 5 orders for games that I've purchased.

Not only that but on their list of orders that I've put through on their site the actual ORDERS have disappeared to and the games are gone from my account.

I was pretty taken aback by that.

Contacted support and they re-processed 3 of the 5 orders that I've found so far, but are just completely ignoring me now despite repeated attempts by me to get them to help me. I even gave them the order numbers.

I want the games that I've purchased back on my account, the orders back in my history and an audit of my account to make sure no more have gone.

This only came to light because Everspace came out on Steam and I wanted it, before thinking I'd already bought. Checked on GOG and it wasn't on my, nor in my orders, so on a whim checked back on my receipts only to find that I had bought it from GOG.

An explanation might be nice too.

CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE GAMES YOU SHOULD HAVE.

IF YOU HAVEN'T THEN THEIR SUPPORT DEPARTMENT DON'T SEEM TO BE TOO BOTHERED TO HELP YOU SORT IT OUT AND GIVE YOU ACCESS AGAIN.

i'd like my trust restored please GOG Support, I've been a huge supporter of you guys in the past.

you can order using emails?

No, but you should get receipt/thank-you-for-making-a-purchase message when you have made an order.

oh I misread his OP. He needed a comma in there. :D Actually he needed a period and start a new sentence.

Hey! I've improved. Woohoo! First time in a while that I didn't directly notice and get irrationally annoyed at a grammar or spelling mistake.

Thanks for pointing that out, have edited it a bit...

Anyway, I hope no games are missing from your account.

I wouldn't be so concerned if the orders were still on my list, as mistakes happen, but I would of expected that they would be concerned enough to sort it out.

Unless they already knew that this had happened to some people...

I hope the OP doesn't think I was chewing him out. Those are mistakes I make all the time; I was just pointing out why I misunderstood the post.

That's messed up. Hope they'll sort it out.

As for me, I have 1620 games. It would honestly cost more workhours to check than to rebuy what might be gone.
You mean that they pulled your games and your accounts receipts? That's worrying. I have a local backup of every single one of my games but when your library number in the hundreds, it's difficult to compare every game and dlc
Did you buy the games directly from GOG or did you use a key reseller like G2A?

The games disappeared along with the orders from my account.

When I complained the first time, they reprocessed SOME of the orders I gave them and the games re-appeared, but there were multiple games on each purchase and, as you say, I have hundreds of them, that is what concerned me most...

And silence as to why and no answer to my requests to re-process the orders to bring the games I know have gone back.

Before any thinks it, this is nothing to do with payment method or anything like that, the orders were mostly from last year, not recent ones at all. I wouldn't of noticed except I thought I had that game...

It has caused me to re-purchase at least one other game on steam that I already owned on here because it wasn't on my list, but it darn well should of been.

Check your purchases if you can and tell them to give your rightful purchases back.

Absolutely every one was bought from GOG on this site.

It has nothing to do with the games being revoked at all, nothing to do with payment or anything like that.

As I said they have put some back, but just ignored some other orders with multiple games on them.

I'm not at all sure that I've found all the ones that have gone yet.

Happened to me multiple times, they always came back after some account refreshing from what I can tell but since I'm in the fourth digit for quite some time, it's hard to keep track so I download everything after purchase.

I vaguely remember the account-refresh function working with
https://www.gog.com/account/refresh
but not sure anymore.
Well, this seems to be a new kind of site/account screwery. Weird.

Was there anything particular about the orders (all recent or something), or were they basically random?

EDIT: read over OP's last post, they're older purchases apparently

Hi,

Yes tried that a few times before contacting support and afterwards too, it made no difference at all sadly.

They were basically random orders from last year. I would of noticed newer ones much more quickly.

Nothing similar about them and some orders in between those orders were perfectly fine.

The fact that the games AND the orders can disappear is very worrying to me.

You haven't by any chance bought them using a different account?
