I'm waiting for a refund i requested for about 3 days, and apparently nothing I answer the bot make it go forward with my gog wallet conversion, and now i'm getting an automated answer to agree the problem was solved which it wasn't :v. And since i'm trying to refund an order that has 2 games, and i only want 1 of them refunded, all this delay may not let me buy the one i want back in time.

Support is currently overflooded with refund requests. I presume only a person or two are in charge of that so It takes longer for them to respond. But I don't doubt you'll be refunded in time. How much time though, I don't know.

Date of submission of the ticket is important, so if you submit a ticket long before your 30 day period ends and lets say it take them almost 36 days to get back to you, You will likely still get your refund.

Essentially "We knew this was going to happen and did nothing proactively to prepare for it. Now we are drowning in support requests we knew would be coming and have no plans to actually do anything to move more quickly on this. Go fuck yourselves, we'll eventually get back to you."

I despise GOG for the level of not giving a shit about their client base.

I know, its fucking insane, I just dont get how GOG even functions, eventually this bullshit is going to frag it, but people said the same shit about steam and they are still around, so time will tell.

As Lord_Kane said its the date of submission that counts.
