I got it alright, but it lost it relevance that's what I tried to say.

Why not become a product seller in fashion/clothes/beauty store? You need to be pleasant, sociable, good at talking with people! And know the products, of course...

Or a waitress in some fashionable cafe/bar/restaurant!

Or apply for a job in a big hotel, or something...

The last two, of course, need to be of good repute, not some shady snake oil business, take care.
Some good advice here. I can only dare to add that if you can, try to look for something related to what you are/will be studying whilst still looking for anything else.

Right now, your best bet are seasonal jobs in tourism. You know, waitress, receptionist... At least that will tidy you over for a while and could get you into a better psychological state. I have a friend working as a receptionist and it's decent pay if you can speak english and maybe one other language.

Wish I could offer better advice but Croatia is a shitty country for work unless you got someone to push you somewhere. :/

Anyway, good luck!

Brainstorming time:

How many languages do you speak? How about teaching that language? Or yours to foreigners.

Have you considered doing translations?

Similarly, you could transcribe audio files for people. Some courses require students to record an interview with someone and later transcribe that, and some people either don't have the time or the patience for that, so they hire someone else to do it.

If you're good with statistics, you could offer that service for postgraduate students whose researches involve numbers.

You could take empty bottles/cans/plastic containers, or even used paper, to a recycling station and get a buck from it.

There's dog walking.

House sitting (as in someone goes to travel and you stay at their home for a few hours a day so people won't think it's empty and attempt to rob it since there's a smaller chance of getting caught) is a thing I learned about recently.

If you are good with tools or general handy work around the house you could offer those services.

Matter of fact, there's a thread I saw on Reddit with a bunch of ideas about that. Here it is.

Of course, it's easy to write down a bunch of stuff in a thread, but going after it involves... well, going after it, and depending on your characteristics some jobs might be dangerous or just not be a viable option, but still, think about what you can do and how you could go about making money out of it, even if it`s just a temporary thing.

I hope this helps somehow, even if it's to just give you a spark of inspiration. Best of luck to you!
I would like to add to what someone suggested. Although, OBS is free the equipment might cost you but any laptop within the last 10 years might suffice.

In the case you might need more equipment, you could start a gofundme or a kickstarter. Hell, you have a good idea then go for Kickstarter straight away.

Another option you could try to enhance what you already might be good at is taking online courses from websites such as Udemy or StackSkills.
Enlist to American Army.
Pretty much any entry level job will likely do. But, the key is to find something better to shoot for and start working at it as soon as possible.

People hiring for entry level jobs are probably not paying very well and unless they're offering career advancement, probably don't expect much loyalty.

The parental net is very useful. What are your skills, interests, and regional occupations (that is, what does your city have available or is known for)? Are you still in university? And what is your major if so?

Feel free to discuss this in pms if you'd prefer. I'm the one you want to be talking to about these topics. :)

farmert: IF you mean that she should start a youtube channel and hope to make money from it, well that is literally impossible now as of 2018.
Impossible it isn't. But it requires dedication, good ideas & hard work. Trying to find a place between the myriads of gaming related channels can be very difficult, but there are a lot of interesting ideas outside of the PC gaming realm that can be turned into a channel. Hell, people enjoy watching others eat!
Haven't read anything more than the first post but,

Have you tried low risk mutual funds?

Make art / videos and get paid via patreon?

A help wanted article from a games site, never hurts to try : https://www.gamewatcher.com/news/2015-19-03-write-for-gamewatcher-we-re-looking-for-writers

Join a political party and try to live off attending all of their events? Kinda long long term though.

Buy a promising cryptocurrency? This is also more long term though.

Good luck

A couple of my clients do this as a side business and they do well.

Having said that, they're also paying out due to wrist injuries.

I know our library system pays to offer these course for free to their card holders.

The great things about me doing one of those jobs: After a week there'd be overpopulation minus one!
