No, GOG is a competitor to Steam, not a Steam key reseller.

Sorry. XD It's just that GOG tends to be used by people who can't use or flat out hate Steam. They are totally different companies.

Welcome! GOG only sells GOG games. You download them from here. GOG even builds their own standalone game installers for each game! So, yeah, nothing to do with Steam.

No, GOG does not sell Steam keys. If you buy a game here, it will be added to your game library, where you can download it either directly through your browser, using GOG Galaxy or the GOG Downloader.

If you use GOG Galaxy, the game will also install, if you use any of the other two ways, you then run the executable to install it, then have fun playing it!

Kind of. You only need to be here to download the game. After that you don't need to be anywhere. You can install and play yourself silly with no login, client, or any kind of online connection, unless of course you you want to play MP.
