I'm sick of this bullshit.

I just lost a bunch of rep again, right as Hedwards gets online and attacks me in forum posts. This idiot never loses rep, but clearly he goes around and downreps the shit out of people. I'm done with this. No one should be taking the abuse of these people. Goodbye.

You want to know what's wrong with these forums...

Rep is just a meaningless number.

You are well-established member of GOG community so your rep does not really matter to others.

I stopped caring about rep a long while ago. It used to be a pretty nice bragging right back around 2013-2014 when there were a lot of the veteran regulars. The number meant you're either posting a lot, or you're posting good stuff, or organizing giveaways, or any combinations of these. The number was a nice token. Nowadays the forum is a shitstorm and not really even worth posting in. I lost the interest and willpower to post. The number no longer signifies something.

The number can go to hell. I don't care about it.

Hah! I'm losing like 4 a day ever since I voiced support for you ;) I'm assuming he just uses a script to down vote entire threads - but it is amusing to think he just sits in front of the computer all day hitting that minus button :D

Rep isn't entirely meaningless. If it goes negative you can't post url links anymore - sorta. Fortunately GoG doesn't fix forum bugs so you can post links in you put it in quote tags.

So kinda yay... GoG doesn't fix it's forums. Also boo... GoG doesn't fix it's forums.

I have mixed feelings about that.
