Because that's my primary beef with the post.

I could've said the horse diddler's link is from 2012, which is the year Fez won a second time and the IGF had to publicly admit it had problems and [pretend to] fix them. What's more, the horse diddler is a gator and has to know the gator campaign used the very real fact of IGF having been shit as evidence of industry-wide corruption.

But I don't actually want to argue with horse diddlers.

On the other hand, its post uses a rhetorical device I want gone forever -- specifically, insulting a person by linking to an insult elsewhere and obliquely disclaiming ownership. If you're going for an insult, (wo)man up and subscribe to the words you're using.
"You're retarded" - ok
"Jason Scott calls people like you fuck sausages, and I agree" - ok
"Here are some links about how retarded you are. No, I don't necessarily agree, just fyi. Oh, here's one more. Oh, another one." - not ok

Actually you want to insult and ridicule the folks asking you to clarify what issue you have with those folks.

Starmaker: Confirmed: the IGF awards are officially trash.

The person who wrote that article has a name which rimes with what I think of her and that award.
What I find bizarre is that Chuchel looks like every other Amanita game and won while Cuphead loks like nothing else

Which just proved my point. Instead of clarifying, some folks here would rather insult and ridicule.

I find myself here being asked to clarify quite often what I wrote which I do try and do. When I asked someone else to clarify what they mean, I get a "Eat shit and die" response.

The article you've posts justifies my point but seeing as you've asked I went and did a google search. Apart from gamergate there was more conflicts of interest from the Guardian newspaper articles.

One more time.

I linked to that article because I was honestly wondering if that was what you were referring to.

Excuse me for being generally interested in knowing what you were discussing.
