I was one of those people that thought Game of Thrones was getting way too much attention and overrated. (Especially some of the fans mocking the Middle Earth movies)

But the more I watched, the more I got into it and geninunenly like it.

It was the opposite for me. The more I watched, the less I liked it. I finally quit (haven't watched the latest season at all).

Read the books, I like them a great deal, couldnt care less for the series though.

But I stand by the fact that whatever conclusion this series will end its going to be Controversial/Dissipoininting, etc.

Basically I am expecting another Sopranos/Mass Effect ending levels of controversy.

Yea, I am tired of GoT. I fast forward over parts/stories I have no interest in anymore. The whole series at this point seems to be about how it can one-up itself on depravity.

Yeah. Noone seems to get a break. Everyone is either raped or killed or both, and not in the same order.
