I get your frustration.

CDPR is not GOG though.

GOG is slow to resolve a lot of issues though. Maybe when your backlog is so large it makes it easier to prioritise certain issues over others.

Not saying that is what is happening - indeed, it would be very unprofessional - just that maybe you would have more luck with buying CDPR products on more neutral storefronts like Steam.
