What exactly are like-minded people?

People who only play healer classes in MMORPGs?
People who only play whatever League of Legends champion is ranked the worst?
People who spend all their time in FPS killing their own team?

You're saying something that could mean so many things where like-minded people are not necessarily thoughtful and kind people that will respect the other players in a game.
OP has previously asserted that he has a busy, capable, and mathematical or logical mind; with an innate aptitude for comprehending complex theoretical ideas beyond what is expected for his years. A precocious child indeed! It's then no wonder that he has difficulty conversing with and seeing eye-to-eye with the common folk. Though why he cares about trifling matters such as playing video games and requiring companionship in order to do so is beyond me. His mind is wasted binging on anime and such just to keep busy, when it could be spent considering the great mysteries of the universe.
Either way, he is searching in the wrong place and has little excuse. The wise Archimedes took the trouble to exchange letters containing mathematical problems with Eratosthenes, a great mind many miles away over the sea, stationed in Alexandria as its chief librarian.

don't project that on me... dont.. because thats not true.

truth be told if life only gave me more open doors for opportunity.
and when i was paving my life forward.. and earning it, people decided nah.. this guy must suffer.

like losing my father was not enough.. having a family that don't understand me or want to even try understand.
how about a sister who made it her life task to destroy me?

i'm sure we all grew up living a real hard life.

most people have never seen the stuff i have in 40 years, deep africa, sky diving, deep sea diving.. yeah i really did nothing with my life..... nothing... not i have a shattered right arm, no job and the country has no work.

so you tell me wth to do genius!!! your all so damn smart till i ask the same words!!!

all i can do is wait for medical assistance.
all i have been able to do for 7 years... imagine how if felt to a engineer that loves working with his hands... to not be able to bathe himself without assistance!

you would drink pills, cry and hope life ends fast.

imagine cracking alot of the math scientists boggled at and no one cared to look because people want to deny your dreams.
well it's true.. and if heaven is real i am gona have a karma field day when i die.

The thing holding you back from economic success is your want for a pathetic echo-chamber.
I really hate when someone sinks in his own self-pity like this.

I am sorry that cheap noodles taste bad. But this is probably not the place to share such things.

rude and not true, believe what helps you sleep i guess.. good luck.
echo chambers are for idiots that cannot adapt and look inward.
that last part seems to be quite hard for a lot of people.
were supposed to build future on love, peace, leaving a path behind us for people walk as well.

why do people just make up the wildest theory to suit themself regarding anyone they barely really know.. :(

Kinda difficult to move forward if you're staring at your feet or glancing backwards.

You need professional help to break you out of this spiral of depression. You won't find solace in online forums - trust me, I've tried. Places like this only serve to make you feel worse.
I miss my WoW guild. God damn...
Being 49 years old, I neither miss online gaming nor gaming with others. It's really something I don't like at all. Sounds like the need for, as others have said, being in an echo chamber. For this very reason, even the forums can be a bit of a kick in the teeth at times. You sound young yet (Nope said you were 40}. Get a little older, and that need for companionship and reaffirmation will disolve into a puddle of nothing. Trust me. Bottom line..........quit placing your happiness in the hands of complete strangers. People are very weird all over the world. You are gonna end up with a stalker.............or becoming one. In other words.....cry someone else a river , grow up, and act like a man. You are the very kind of person that is too needy and desperate for his own good.

You do know that MENSA literally translates to stupid in Spanish, right? That's literally what MENSA is full of......fart inhaling weirdos who know little of nothing practical. lol What a weird flex.

I don't think the Unreal Tournament 2003 servers are running anymore...

dnovraD: I miss when people thought the Principality of Zeon were the bad guys, and didn't think that Lord Zabi/Zavi had a point.
TITANs made that irrelevant.

NASA are frauds. You wouldn't be missing anything. Tesla, well we'll see how that plays out soon.

As someone, who is a little older than you: "yes" to the 'online gaming' part.
But honestly: there are times, when I miss the good old days of "hot seat" MP.
That was fun - for the most part. Could get a little tedious, if you had to wait too long for your turn, though.
Even LAN MP was fun...with the right people and the right game.

Oh, I know. How they managed to at the same time be worse than, and allow Zeon to revive itself is a mystery for the ages.
(Which I'll find out when I start watching ZZ Gundam.)
