Hardware-DRM has made printer ink the most expensive liquid in the world.

Buy a printer you can refill yourself.
I'm currently looking for such a thing.

It's not even that they try to DRM the printers so you can't refill the little tanks with ink from needles but what else is lurking there causing the printer to waste ink or breakdown before it's time which is something that potentially affects lots of products now i.e laptops gradually not cooling properly in order to reduce it's working life.

Not sure if it's worth it, the value of the printed bills could be less than the cost of the ink needed to print them.

I have 4 dead ones in storage from HP which I will never buy again but my epson stylus pro 3800 never runs out of ink lol 1 year and still going solid due to the amount the damn thing can hold XD
