[i'm doing all the canon "quest" games - which is my "big" project.]
Either way, it'd be awesome if/when you do!

south africa's pretty neat. it's nothing like how district nine made it out to be [i only have that on hearsay, though, because i never watched that particular movie - much as i love science fiction, the guy who made that movie made it as a commentary on segregation and that sort of turned me off] - there are issues here, much like anywhere else, [mostly tied to a silly, somewhat corrupt and greedy government] but by-and-large, the people are friendly, there's lots of beautiful scenery and where i live, in particular, it's very laid back.

That's good to hear. For some reason I've always been under the impression that it is an incredibly racist country with a lot of violence tied to it. Which totally creeps me out because I only want all races to coexist peacefully the way humans should. But I'm also from a region where racism is (thankfully) taboo, and I have no idea what it would be like to live in a country that has a lot of history of racism.
I guess my next silly question is, would you say that in general people get along regardless of skin color?

There can be only one South African on this forum, sir. I'll fight you for it( well you and the four or so other South Africans I've seen around).
By the by, I like your videos. Perhaps think of making a playlist for each series you've done. Just a thought, though. Keep up the good work.
Messi_is_Messiah: South Africa is a very beautiful place with a lot of problems. The structural nature of our racist past still plays itself out every day, and we do have a great many problems in that regard( i.e. most of South Africa's poorest people are still people of colour). Apart from that, we also have pretty bad levels of government corruption and violent crime( which effects everyone).
We usually muddle along well enough together, despite our past and current differences.
Also, I think it's a bit simplistic to simply say that you come from a place where racism is 'taboo', and claim that the United States of America doesn't have a history of racism. It may be less recent and, I would hazard to say, less blatant than our entrenched, bureaucritised variation, but it's still there.
Edit: I left the above in for posterity, but realise that it's quite incorrect to claim that racism is not blatant or entrenched in the US.
Mind also that this isn't an attack, merely that I feel you were off in claiming the no racism thing.
And furthermore, that despite all our problems, South Africa is a very fine place that I love very much.

Are you sure about the fighting thing? I mean, I went all Highlander and got my claymore from the cupboard. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to put it away. It hasn't seen use in nigh on a century, you know.
Also, I apologise for my asinine mistake. In my excitement, I missed the very obvious playlist section. Quite typical, really.
Finally, and if you don't mind me asking, whereabouts in SA are you from?

and that's not a problem. usually, when i go to a youtube channel, i default to going to the playlists section - it's generally more orderly than looking at a list of uploads, but sometimes...i understand where you're coming from. you just want to see what they're up to, and you sorta scroll through and see what's happening.
i'm in cape town.

At the time of my previous posting, I was naively just thinking of my own little area of California that I live in, where the population is predominantly white or hispanic and everyone seemingly gets along great (at least during these modern times).
I also thought my original question about racism in South Africa sounded slightly ignorant to begin with, so I want to apologize for that as well.
