What you stated is a threat, the proof is in your post. That is a fact. We'll see how GoG deals with such threats of harassment from a user who thinks its okay to call cancer survivors names...

tort1234: tinyE was abusing his popularity in various ways and he was getting away with it because he was popular and no one had the courage to straighten him out.

He was acting like one of those popular kids in highschool who smacks a girls butt and gets away with it because he is popular and no one complains about the sexual assault.

1. He routinely called people "Assholes"
2. He insulted other people's mothers with very crude remarks and unfunny sex "jokes"
3. He was throwing around the word "scammer" with no proof.
4. He was acting as a forum bully.
I am not taking any sides on this issue but you have my sympathies tort1234.

In the corporate environment where I work at, a handsome 6 foot tall former high school jock routinely gets away with doing things that are downright sexual harassment and passive-aggressive bullying of shorter weaker males. Almost everyone just turns a blind eye to his indiscretions because of his popular reputation.

The only thing you can do is just suck it up, keep a low profile, do your job and get the hell out of there.

In all seriousness, this is bad form GOG. Do some research before listening to... oh wait, you have a super hands off policy on the forum so I guess actually paying attention is a bit much to ask huh. I guess I now know why none of our pleas ever get heard.

Also, this particular event sounds an awful lot like Youtube's complaint system... and that doesn't make me feel very comfortable.

I think it all worked out. Youtubes "you must login to see this video" is awfull though.

Making friends and enemies and then cosying up to your friends and sniping at your enemies in order to divide people and create your own little community of hangers-on is contemptible behaviour, regardless of whether you do this on a web forum or in the "real world". It's quite shocking to see how many people still fall for the two-faced type of person who uses this kind of strategy. If you're a happy person already you shouldn't feel the need to piss other people off. And trying to elicit sympathy from the people who you've made yourself popular with, in order to enlist them as soldiers in your fight against your oppressors, is just a continuation of the same despicable and paranoid behaviour.

Throwing unwarranted accusations around is also contemptible behaviour. If you believe you have enemies then you shouldn't just accuse everyone you dislike (for whatever reasons you have about them) until you find the actual perpetrators, because that just insults innocent people. And if you don't care who you insult and you never apologize for making unwarranted accusations then you're a pr*ck and you deserve everything you get.

lol thats him just taking sarcasm and jokes literally. I don't know about him accusing people of being scammers, but the rest of the stuff is BS that takes stuff he says at face value.
