JDelekto: When replying to a message in this thread, I noticed something really bizarre occur in a split second in the 'reply' window. It seemed like the quote string changed on the fly as if it were removed upon reply.

What bizarre trickery is this? I've captured the change in video and showed the two frames I captured where the difference occurred.
Wait what did I do something I didn't know I did?!
OK, I'm just doing new posts from now until I look at the network traffic behind a "reply". Something's fishy.

Do you really think that someone hacked you only to change a pointless reply?
Pff, it's probably just some minor glitch.

I would like to see an explanation for this 'glitch', it only seems to happen when replying to any thread with a person in them.... but now I think I understand.

I wonder if Tauto *IS* Sachys.

I'm not affected, so I can't say exactly.. maybe a slowdown in the script that removes the old reply? Mah

Eh? No, Sachys only flings it.

No phaolo, I don't think I got hacked at all, however, I found it quite odd that replying to your message yielded a similar result where I saw a change, but in this case, it was formatting, not removing an individual's contribution to a reply.

edit: only person I have excluded from GOG is Sachys, nobody else.

You must be dumber than a bag of chisels.

Uh, why did you reply 2 times to my post?
Anyway, it still sounds like a small glitch, expecially if you can reproduce it.

And.. are you really serious about Tauto=Sachys?? O_o

I only replied once, not sure if they are one in the same, however, one user was removed from my reply, I captured it on video and grabbed the two frames. Something's quirky, by design or by design just quirky.
I find it amusing that through all of this an aspect of bullying and abuse has arisen in this conflict.

considering this from people who are accused of essentially taking games away from others.

that's money. actual money.

it's just

I

What? I'm pretty sure I've said worse things than tinyE and gotten away with it. Why oh why would GOG go after him, of all people?

GOG didn't go after him.

they didn't. long story short, this was a case of the staff member in question cursorily handing out warnings to all parties involved and things interpreted as a bit tense when they were not.

Well, from what I saw, there was some tension. One of the blues replying in tinyE's thread and there being a wishlist to avoid the bad of tinyE which was pretty much fulfilled after only 110 votes.

A great story played out, a lot of fun I missed.
