I ordered the dredge off kinguin and redeemed it and it said it went through, but now its not in my account and im confused, do I just wait it out or did I get scammed

Check if the order for Dredge appeared on your orders list: https://www.gog.com/en/account/settings/orders
If it appeared then just wait a while longer.

Redeemed a few, a couple of hours ago. Took a few tries, and took about 10 to 20 minutes after the latest attempt.
If it doesn't seem to unlock them after an hour, try again with the same code.

My guess is that the service is just a bit slow, at the moment.

If it doesn't show up soon, try to get your money back from Kinguin. GOG will sometimes pull games from accounts if the keys were purchased by the seller with stolen credit cards. I assume Kinguin are not a reputable reseller of GOG keys (only a few sites are, like Humble). Overall, really best to just buy directly from GOG.

There's maybe three places actually authorized to provide GOG keys, and they're none of the ones that people mention in these threads.

I don't know if it applies to regular keys, but when there are new codes from Prime the system can't handle all the requests in real time and it can take some time to process the activation.That being said... an unofficial, grey market key reseller? That's like begging to get scammed.

dont think thats the problem i bought mad max and metro 7 hours ago they show up on the website but still not on the GOG launcher somethings up and i got them via GOG itself

There seems to be an issue with Galaxy for sure. I also redeemed a nomarl amazon prime game yesterday and its still missing in Galaxy. But the games are there in our accounts - so its just a sync issue. I am not sure if this guy has the same problem though. Not sure what he meant by "not in my account" and if he has checked his orders.

Probably. If you buy keys from a known scammer site, you shouldn't be surprised that you get scammed. Next time, just buy on GOG if you want GOG games.

If you bought a key off Kinguin, and redeemed it on GOG, and GOG says it was redeemed successfully, but it does not show up in your GOG account, then it is NOT an issue with Kinguin as others blindly suggest. It's a caching/sync issue with GOG, which are quite common.

I've bought hundreds of game keys for various services over the course of ~10 years. Have never had one removed or any account suspended. So either I have the luck of a God / I'm just better than everyone else at buying keys, or the issue of keys being from stolen credit cards is blown way out of proportion (spoiler: it's this option, and people just like to regurgitate shit without thinking for themselves).

kinguin is a grey market site. not an official seller. the problem is buying from sites like that. LEARN.
