You've been a very helpful member of the GOG community. I use your MaGOG program regularly as it is incredibly useful for all of us!

I hope you will reconsider leaving. But if you must go, I will thank you for all of your hard work!

Maybe what you need is a "vacation", some months away from this place.

I've wondered for a while what would happen if you should grow tired of doing all the volunteer work you do with MaGog etc., and/or grew disaffected with the site/community. I guess now I'll find out. : (

I'll be genuinely sorry to see you go. Your dry humor, and your resolute avoidance of any and all drama has earned my esteem. Even now, as you announce your impending departure from the forums -- an opportunity which many in the past have used to angrily (and often profanely) air their grievances with not only GOG, but any user that's annoyed them recently -- you have been quite circumspect. The tact and moderation that you've shown will be missed more than "What did just update?"...uh, updates.

This does beg the questions, though: what does MaGog think of all this? Will she still post?

I'm very sorry to see you go but I fully understand it. From time to time I need a break too, I've done it twice already (for more than a year in both cases). If you ever feel like coming back don't hesitate to do so! We will warmly welcome you again! All the best and good luck!
