1. While you're logged in a web browser, open this account refresh link in a new tab. After the page finishes loading, close the tab.
2. Back on your library page, press Ctrl+Shift+R to reload the page bypassing the cache.
3. If that doesn't solve the problem, you'll have to open a new support ticket, if you haven't already done so.

Bank slips are usually processed in up to two working days, and we just had a holiday (Carnival) this week. You should get your game in a day or two once your payment is processed.
You should probably get a prepaid card to make things easier next time. I'm not sure if PicPay's own card is accepted on GOG but most digital wallets offer a free virtual card that you could use on your next purchase instead of waiting for the bank slip to be processed.

I use Paypal (linked to my credit card), all the games I've bought were immediately added to my account, maybe you can try that next time?

This is interesting. I personally just use PayPal, but it makes me wonder how others do it. I truthfully don't even know what a bank slip is. Do you mean a check? I'm kinda lost here. I'll ask my wife; she's a Paulista. I think we call it electronic check here.
